Grateful & Grounded: A Pinecone Sunflower Bouquet
What if gratitude isn't about having everything we want, but learning to recognize the beauty in what we already have?
Join Resilient Stories for a warm, autumn-inspired creative reflection workshop exploring gratitude, perspective, and the often-overlooked people, moments, and experiences that bring meaning to our lives.
Together, we'll transform ordinary pinecones into beautiful sunflowers in shades of gold and orange, create a personalized botanical collage on a rustic metal vase, and tuck handwritten reflections of gratitude into the stems of our flowers. Each bloom will represent something meaningful, from the people who have supported us to the everyday comforts we sometimes forget to appreciate, including the parts of ourselves that deserve a little recognition.
Through guided journaling, conversation, and creativity, we'll explore how gratitude can help us stay connected to what matters without pretending that every part of life is easy or beautiful.
You'll leave with a handcrafted sunflower bouquet filled with personal meaning and a reminder that we don't have to be grateful for everything to find something worth appreciating.
✨ No experience necessary. All supplies are provided, and sharing is always optional. Just bring yourself.
This is more than a craft—it's a space to reflect, connect, and come home to yourself.
